The certification process is designed to be accessible, flexible and rigorous. Certification is self-paced through a combination of video training, virtual workshops and a practical demonstration.

Instructor

Certification Process

Asynchronous Learning

Complete online training modules at your convenience, learning the ins and outs of fitness-integrated pickleball classes. There will also be live virtual workshops with our team to ask questions and sharpen your understanding.

Practical Demonstration

Submit a video of yourself leading an RFX class for evaluation, showing that you've mastered the class format and delivery.

Customized Materials

Once certified, you'll receive all the equipment and class materials necessary to run successful classes, from resistance bands and agility ladders to class templates and agendas.

Social Media Kit

Every RFX instructor gains access to a comprehensive social media toolkit. We provide ready-to-use graphics, customizable templates, and compelling messaging to help you promote your classes, build your personal brand, and engage new participants online.

Ongoing Support

Certification is just the beginning of our relationship. You'll have access to ongoing support, education, new classes, and a passionate community of instructors for as long as you are certified.
