60 min session:

Each RFX session is designed to maximize results in just 60 minutes.

Motivating environment:

Immerse yourself in a vibrant and social environment that's consistently upbeat and enjoyable. Energizing music and engaging activities make RFX classes a community-driven experience that keeps you motivated and eager to return.

Certified instructors:

All RFX classes are led by certified instructors, who go through rigorous training in order to deliver top-notch, safe, and effective workouts, ensuring you get the most out of every session. RFX instructors are the driving force behind our experiences.

Materials:

All RFX classes utilize elastic bands and agility ladders to enhance resistance training and improve strength and flexibility, all while prioritizing safety.

Structure

Warm-Up
(5 Minutes):
Prepare your body with dynamic stretches and light cardio to get your muscles ready for action.
HIIT Session 1
(10 Minutes):
Engage in 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off intervals with exercises like squat presses, shuffles, and rows, using elastic bands to enhance resistance.

Play Session 1
(10 Minutes):
Enjoy fun, skill-building racquet sports activities that keep you moving without intense competition.
Break
(5 Minutes):
Take a short rest to hydrate and recover.

HIIT Session 2
(10 Minutes):
Continue with 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off intervals featuring exercises like broad jumps and ball passes.
Play Session 2
(10 Minutes):
Further enjoy racquet sports activities that maintain movement and engagement in a fun, inclusive manner.

Burnout
(5 Minutes):
Finish strong with an upper body burnout using bands to exhaust your muscles.
Cool Down
(5 Minutes):
Conclude with static stretches and deep breathing to aid recovery and relax your body.
